Refund Policy for Family Constellation Group:

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your participation in our Family Constellation Group. Please review our refund policy below:

Once you have booked a session, a non-refundable fee of $50 will be applicable. This amount will be retained regardless of any cancellations.
If you are unable to attend the initially booked session, you can participate in the next available group session at no additional cost. We appreciate your cooperation in informing us about your rescheduling request.
In the event that you cannot attend the initially booked session and are also unavailable for the subsequent group session, you can request a refund of the session fee, minus the non-refundable $50 booking fee. Please ensure that you notify us of your inability to attend at least 72 hours before the session.

To request a rescheduling or a refund, please contact us at info@lobatotherapy.com.au. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences and provide the necessary assistance. Refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date of receiving your cancellation request.
